Topic: the big thaw and the power is finally back

survived the second round of snow and  -1 temps but the ice storm that followed was a killer . thanks to to guys up on the poles took 5 days but the lights are back on. was 1983 last time i saw the ponds freeze over in east Texas. can scratch Alaska off my bucket list.

Glad to hear things are getting back to normal.  We went 8 days without power one winter and it was no fun, so I know how tough it can be.
