Are you thinking of ‘Somebody Told Me’ by The Killers? The lyrics sound a bit like that, though not exactly. Let me know if it's close!

I’m trying to track down a rock song and its singer, but unfortunately my memory is very limited. It’s an older rock track, and the only part of the lyrics I vaguely remember sounds like “I can tell your trouble and… obsessed.” I know that’s not much to go on, but I’m hoping someone here might recognize it or have a suggestion. Any help from fellow music fans would be greatly appreciated.
