Topic: Song request

I'm looking for both chords and lyrics for a song I heard a few years back; I don't know the title or the artist, though, so I'll consider myself lucky if someone knows it <img src="images/smiley_icons/icon_razz.gif" border=0 alt="Razz"> It was on a compilation cd of celtic music sung by female vocalists. The bits of lyrics that I do remember go something like "Evangeline, angel of the morning, I (?)see you" and "Evangeline, it was meant to be". Please, if anyone knows it or at least could tell me who the artist is or what the song is called... I'd be very grateful.

I found a celtic album on amazone with a song called Evangeline by a female artist. If you scroll down to song number 12, they will let you listen to it so you can see if this is the one you are meaning.
