Great link SouthPaw - I'd read about the lawsuit, but hadn't listened to the similarities until now. Guilty as charged. At a minimum, Joe S gets some deserved notoriety out of this. They should release the mash up, sounded pretty good.

IT SEEMS VERY DIFFICULT TO PROVE THAT ONE SONG IS A COPY OF ANOTHER SONG.
