Topic: D? chord

Hi all,

Could someone figure this out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXvrAam4vyI
In the video around 5:26, he says it's a D chord. It looks like 020033 or 200033. I can't find a D on a chord chart with that fingering.

The chord the guy is playing is called D/F# (2X023X). It's a connector /walk down chord than transitions G major to E minor. It can also be played as (2X0232)....
