Topic: Need Clapton chords for The Shape You're in

Great song from the Money and Cigarettes album, The Shape You're in. I know the lyrics, just can't seem to get the chords to sound right and I can't find them anywhere other than in a songbook with a bunch of other songs I don't want (yeah, I'm cheap). Please help!
