Re: one man band

jesse Fuller was quite a guy, wasn't he?  You gotta wonder how people like that come up with the ideas.

I have finally found happiness in my life.  Guitars, singing, beer and camping.  And they all intertwine wonderfully.

Re: one man band

Oddly I did a gig like that for over ten years at bars and weddings I had a box with strings and keyboards for chords and bass pedals and a drum machine got tired of it lol

Hey Badeye, that was great. Did you go to the next song"San Fran Blues"? Anyway one of the lines in the"Red River Blues was he had to pawn his shoes and while watching the San Fran song the camera closed in on his feet and guess what--no shoes!

Re: one man band

This man works alone and with minimal equipment-just a stereo chorus on his guitar and reverb on his vocal. Gove Scrivenor gets a huge sound playing in open G tuning on this song. He has a second guitar tuned to standard.
