I have a book of the first 5 led zep albums (with tab) and
it says that the guitar should be tuned to open E. I can play
this song a little, and so far as i can tell this is the exact
tuning.
If you try this with open E, then the only chords are
simply barring all six strings at the third, fourth, and fifth
frets (well, not at the same time). The little intro bit is
simply all six strings at the twelfth fret, then a six string
harmonic on the seventh. The notes played are mostly the e on
the fourth string (fourth fret) and the d on the same string
(second fret) with a lot of pull-off's and hammer-on's.
If anyone tries this and decides that it works better than
the other posted version, let me know and i'll post the whole
thing in tab.

Bron-Y-Aur by Jimmy Page

Acoustic guitar tuned to CACGCE
with heavy echo present in the recording
and Page lets everything ring.
Im just going to tab the various sections and you can probably figure
out how to put them together.

This is the intro and the basic rythym part throughout.

e---------0--------------------------------------------------------------
c------------------0-----------------------------------------------------
g------0---------0-------------------------------------------------------
c----0---------0---------------------------------------------------------
a-/3---------------------------------------------------------------------
C------------0-----------------------------------------------------------

Heres the first change which is played a few times in the song.

e-------3p0---------------0--------------------0--------------0----------
c-2--------------0----------------0-----5--------------0------------0----
g-2-2----------0--------0-------0-------4-4----------4-------0-----0-----
c-------------0-------0-------0---------------------0-------0-----0------
a-2---2------2-----/3-------------------5---5-----5-------/3-------------
C---------------------------0-----------------------------------0--------

And the part before the 'chorus':

e-----------------------------------------------------------------------
c---------0--------2--------4--------0--------------------------------------
g-------0--------2--------4--------0----------------------------------------
c-----0--------0--------4--------4------------------------------------------
a--/3--------2--------0--------0--------------------------------------------
C-----------------------------------------------------------------------

And the chorus:

e----------------------------0-------------------------------------------
c---------5---------0--------------0---------------------------------------
g-------5---------7--------0------0-----------------------------------------
c-----5----------7-------0-------0------------------------------------------
a---------------------/3--------------------------------------------------
C--/5---------/7---------------0---------------------------------------------

And right after the first chorus played twice:

e-----------------------------------------------------------------------
c---------0----------0----------------------------------------------------
g--0---------------0------------------------------------------------------
c----0-----------0--------------------------------------------------------
a------0------/3-----------------------------------------------------------
C--5---------------------------------------------------------------------

And the ending sequence:

e-------------------0-----0-----0----0----0----0----0------0-------------
c---------0-------0------5-----5----5----5----5----5-------0-------------
g-------0-------5-------7-----7----7----7----7----7--------0-------------
c---4-5-------5--------0-----0----0----7----0----7---------0-------------
a----------------------------------------------------------3-------------
C----------------------------------------------------------0-------------

I think all the sections are covered and anything I left out are little
changes off the above info.
Enjoy,
CHUCK
