Hi spike 20,nice too see you here and welcome too the site.I have looked at other sites also and it seems we are more like a family here and the moderators keep bad language,politics etc. out of the posts.Seems it is user friendly,and they zap spam pretty quick also.We also talk about other things like sports hobbies,fishing etc.

Old doll,glad you are enjoying your granddaughter,I have 3 and love them very much,they are in too playing alot of sports,one of them finally wants too learn music(piano).I am glad either way I am sure all here would agree it would be nice too hear from you a little more,seems like we are missing up yer kilt also. Thanks for sharing the great john Prine video,he is a great performer.

Hi lady tut,it is nice too see another lady here,all the advice above is good stuff,I have some arthritis also from age and I try too play on as long as I can,you will find that if you go too a good music store and play around with some of the guitars and talk too the staff it will help you. I lived in san jose most of my life,so out of the area within 75mi. we have Peter Framton,Niel Young,Carlos Santana,also a few members from the doobie bros,the monkies and The drummer Buddy Miles lives in san Jose. Huey Lewis and part of his group (The News) and Greg Kihn band.I almost forgot about Credence clearwater Revival, out of El cerrito.

I like an occasional squeaking it adds the human touch to a song,I remember watching the greatest classical guitarist that ever lived, Segovia on television played a classical piece I believe it was on the late Johnny Carsons Tonight show not only did he squeak a few times but he missed a note(it was flat) and shrugged it off with a smile to err is human to play like Segovia is devine.
I saw sergovia on some other show and he squeaked a couple of times,but he is the most amazing guitarist I have ever seen.
