Well, this thread has certainly taken a strange twist. 
Love tea ... but it has to be Tetley's.
Tetley is the one I use on a daily basis but I keep a box of Earl Grey around for a cup in the evening before bed.
But I would never ruin it with milk/cream. 
Just a teaspoon of honey for me.
HMM I have been drinking a lot of decaf Earl Grey lately. Maybe it’s the BBC and Captain Picard’s influence. LOLOL
I've been a tea drinker since I was about 12yo.
I actually learned of Earl Grey from Picard. Good stuff!

Back in 1970 — the same year Gruhn Guitars opened up shop in Nashville — owner George Gruhn sold his first of many guitars to Eric Clapton. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer ended up being a loyal customer, and 46 years later, he and Gruhn's friendship has come full circle.
Instead of buying guitars from Gruhn, he's selling them.
On Tuesday morning, the Nashville store put 29 guitars from Clapton's personal collection up for sale. That includes a 1941 Martin 000-45 acoustic — priced at $150,000 — and a number of Fender Stratocasters, Gibson Byrdlands and D'Angelico archtop guitars. By Tuesday afternoon, a dozen instruments had already been sold (but that Martin's still up for grabs.)
What sparked the sale? Gruhn says Clapton occasionally does some "downsizing" in his collection, and has sold his guitars through auctions in the past, but this is first time he's worked with Gruhn Guitars.
"Eric is a customer, but also a friend," Gruhn tells The Tennessean. "He's always treated me well, and I try to do that in turn. It's been a long-term relationship, and it's something very important to us."

If I may share a personal experiment ...
During my late-teens, I decided that having a double-neck electric guitar (6-string + bass) would be cool. I had a couple of "el cheapo" guitars I'd bought second-hand, and proceeded to slice - dice - dowel - glue - clamp, etc. to make them into one. The end result was a feed-back prone mess that weighed about 35 lbs., looked like the dickens, and sounded stupid. I painted it green, with some red and black markings, and appropriately named it "Frankenstein". If I'd wanted a travel case for it, nothing less than a small U-Haul would have sufficed.

I think it needs a chorus that changes the progression up.
I thought the same thing when I read it this morning. I took a slightly different approach to breaking up the steady D C G. Instead of writing new lines for a chorus, I changed the chord progression every 4 lines. I also moved the C a little farther along in the line. The lower case C is in the original position. The song seemed to flow smoother for me where I placed the capital C.

Last night most of central New York saw anywhere from 6 to 12 inches of snow in low elevations, but for today we’re forecasting a new 3 to 8 inches of snow including Syracuse by the time you come home from work and the kids are home from school (if they have school). This would bring total event snowfall of about 8 to 16 inches for the vast majority of our viewing area.
The hill towns south of Syracuse and the Tug Hill can expect a new 6 to 12 inches of snow by this evening, that plus the 6 to 12 received last night would make event totals in the hill towns of 12 to almost 24 inches.
In addition to the snow gusty northwest winds of 15 to 30 mph are possible creating wind chill temperatures in the 20s and teens! Some power outages will be possible as well due to the combination of snow sticking to more surface area on leaves still on trees and the high wind gusts pushing on those snow-covered limbs.
Other than a few morning flurries, Tuesday looks quiet with less wind and even some sun. If you are doing any traveling by car or by a flight Wednesday, the weather looks okay from this vantage point. There could be a few light rain and snow showers on Thanksgiving Thursday, but temperatures will not be as cold with highs staying above freezing and closer to 40 degrees.

I forgot to respond to this part.
I was born and grew up in Williamsport. My old hunting camp is a little North of Hughsville in Trout Run. A little farther North is Blossburg where we have our annual family reunion. I'm about 2 hours South of Williamsport now but a lot of the family is still there and I make the trip pretty often.
Every summer we walked to the Little League World Series because our parents told us it was faster than driving; and it was.
Yep, I know that area well.

I haven't done an open mic since '91. I couldn't have been more nervous back then. When I went to the first NY gathering in '15 I had only been back into playing for a little over a year. When I got there and realized I was about to be playing in front of 20 or so people, I was having flashbacks of that night so long ago. I was terrified and asked myself; What the heck am I doing here?"
But I didn't have any reservations this time. Just got up there and played. Made a couple mistakes but played through them.
I think the highlight of the evening for me was after we were finished. A guy walked up to me while I was putting my guitar away and said: "You guys made my night". I just looked at him with questioning eyes. He had walked in as we were getting set up and noticed my shirt. It's a logo for the Jerry Garcia Band. He had said to himself; "I can only hope". We did 4-5 JGB songs that night and he was tickled.

enjoyed the elpaso performance.... BUT then I looked at the sawing of those rough boards video. That was really cool - nice machine. Wish I had one like that.
I saw a few other videos you posted working with large cut lumber - is that part of your occupation or just a hobby ? Really cool stuf.
I cut the trees down and get the wood to the point where it can be cut into lumber. I would love to have one of those machines but that is not mine. That thing sells for around $30,000. Too rich for my blood. I belong to a forum that deals mostly with heating with wood. Like Chordie, folks host get togethers where they can show off their equipment; chainsaws, splitters, etc. Back in May there was one a couple hours from me so I went. One fellow had just bought that machine and brought it along. Really cool!
Our host was the guy doing the pumpkin carving. He takes blocks of wood and carves them into pumpkins with a chainsaw. Then his wife paints and sells them.
Scott and I have started going to a Sunday open mic night. The first one went fairly well but I had the camera set to "power save" mode and it shut off 3 lines into the first song so there's no recording of that night. The second one had the correct power setting but I turned it on and just let it run till the battery died. It's a 2.5 hour file with us and 3 other acts. That large a file takes a loooong time to load into the movie maker software so it's only broken into each individual performer at this point. Our third night was this past Sunday and knowing what I now know, I made a file for each performer. It was much easier to break our night into individual songs.

I'd never played it but Scott decided we should do this one about 3 hours before it was time to head out so I didn't have much time to learn it. But being a couple nights before election night he thought it would be appropriate.

Sorry for the delay. The last few weeks have found me swamped with work and everybody wants it done yesterday. As Amy said, Jan is away and I know Amy is always busy either working online or on the kids school curriculum.

Unclejoesband I enjoyed watching the pickers and players just hanging out and in some cases I guess taking turns on guitar. That first fella doing the styx tune had a nice picking pattern, gonna have to watch it some more to try to figure it out! Thanks fellas. Be cool!
That's one of several get togethers that were born from this forum. And yes, it's basically a circle jam. Everyone takes turns playing. If you know the song, you jump in. If not you join when you do or wait for it to come around to you again. Always a lot of fun.

There was talk of one in the West. I'm not sure if it came together or not.
I haven't used it since just after the server change. But at that time yes, I had the same issue. I brought it up back then and I believe the general consensus was that it was a Jango issue and not a Chordie issue.
I exclusively finger pick, I feel it has a more mellow and natural sound, my idol so to speak would be James Taylor, absolutely love the guy! Talk to you folks again, be cool.

Depends on what kind of day I've had. Last week was grueling. I don't think the guitar left it's case all week. This week wasn't much better. I had it out a couple nights but only for 10-15 minutes and all I really did was practice some, between chords bass runs.
When winter starts setting in and the work load lightens up, I'll spend a couple hours a night working on songs and scales.
