Was it truck tires? 250 a pair is about what I pay for my F150.

I wish it would have been cheaper but they charged for stems, balancing and disposal fees, then on top of that taxes are almost 10% in california, well next time I hope it will be a new guitar.

I went to my local grocery store yesterday too buy a head of lettuce, (about$.99 cents) . when I got there I discovered my rear tire was almost totally flat. I changed it and went too get my other tire fixed, and the store owner came back and let me know that that my two rear tires were weather cracked and needed too be replaced,so it ended up costing me about $250.00. I never did get my lettuce!

I am saving up money for a Martin D28 model,I am not sure if that is the same as the one you want,I have played one at guitar center and they do not have too much boom,I think it would be up to the player. I will be using mine at home.

Don't feel bad.  I've seen US Marines drill holes all the way through computers so they could bolt them to the desk to make the ship ready for heavy seas.

Happens to the best of us!

That is because they did not call the Navy metal smith to do it for them!  We used metal bands across them in a sorta U shape. LOLOLOLand mount them to the desk.  They must not have been Airdale marines. cause they train the same place we did.  lol

I think the Marines sometimes take there frustrions out on machines if you keep them out of battle zones for two long.

HI gw1976 just wanted too welcome you too the forum. F and B are the chords most of us have had trouble with, they are not user friendly so you are not alone.

Maybe we can plan on it dino.  Lets see, we ave me in Utah, you in California, Bald guiutar dude in Vegas and I think someone in Wyoming.  Who am I missing.  Why don't you start a thread about a West Coast get together and we'll see what interest we can come up with.  We can at least talk about it.  Maybe it will develop.

Pete we also have Jerome in Washington state and I think zguitar is in southern california, and there are a couple of others out there. We can keep our eye's out and see who else is close by.

Toots,

I can sing it in that key, but I can't sing it like the guys in the video. I'm more like Minnesota Lutheran girls choir. Or as my choir teacher says, "M.B. you have a big smile, but a small voice, better put you in front."

M.B., Until you can get a big sound acoustically, you might learn to sing through a microphone. Crank it up and let the amp do the heavy work.
All you have to do is practice cool sounds and cool tunes.

Toots that did not work for me all it did was scare my poor cat's,like a vacum cleaner would!
