We thought of the name Mothers of Convention but that sounds too much like a Zappa tribute act other names Like sawdust on the floor perhaps sounds like a howling wolf tribute or a more traditional blues act .
Others such as usual suspects , killing floor demolition crew have all been used or are in use .
I do like Dougs suggestion Unsuitable .

We are having a terrible time finding a name for the band everything we've come up with so far is either unsuitable or already in use .I've tried one of these name generator things and the crap that's thrown up is laughable .

Bill I dont know if this will help but check out this link to the we shall over come week end in the UK Joe Solo the organiser has put this down load together with tracks from the participating acts .This will be changed weekly over a 4 week period to enable every ones tracks to be down loaded .Its a free download but donations will be accepted for the nominated charity

Bill re your comments on Mike and John ,They have only played together 4 times , we are still in the early stages of rehearsal .First gig will be in October at a WE SHALL OVERCOME event .We will play a half hour set ,mainly original but some rock and blues too .
