Hard lyrics which hold a good deal of truth on both sides of the Atlantic.

Have you tried soundclick. I believe you can sell your music by the download there.
I've open up an account there and it mentions money when you upload a song not to sure but what have you got to lose. ![]()
I guess this a tightly run ship and it didn't surprise me at all at the reaction of Adim to the link.
All the Best

If you place chopro-files within [ song ][ /song ]-tags they will be formatted. Graphical grids will be created automatically. Take a look at this detailed description of the chopro format. Here is a very short chopro-file that should be easy to understand.
To format the song, the complete text that you post to the forum should look like this:
[ song ]
{ t: My song }
{ st: Joe Doe }
[C]I [Am]love you...[G]
[ /song ]
This was copied from the BBCode link under the message window.
I've added spaces so not to activate the Chopro formatting.

Hey Phill
This song certainly seems to come from your heart.
You say it keeps changing have you ever recorded it or is it just one of those personal songs that never quite gets there.
would like to hear it if you do.

Re: OUR LADY BY MARCALAN (7 replies, posted in Songwriting)
Hey marcalan
The song clearly means alot to you. A statement of how you feel about your country.
The lack of response is not I feel the message of your song more how things are on the forum.
Most people on the forum are tolerant of song writers views as we all have them.
Would like to hear you record this.

Hey rockerchick
Having my Zen removed would certainly harsh my mello to.
When you are 13 the strangest of things sound like music to yer.
I thought making fart sounds under my armpits was pretty musical then.
Most adults just don't understand.
Rock on

Re: Arthur (6 replies, posted in Songwriting)
Thanks Phill
Authur has alway been in the back of my mind as a song concept.
Ever since Rick Wakeman remember him recorded an album about Arthur years back.
Blimey that does age me.
Any songs in the offing from you how's the people in the park concept coming on.

Re: Long Way Round (13 replies, posted in Chordie's Chat Corner)
Seen "The long way round" twice and got the book.
Ewan and Charlie did a great job with trip. They have done another trip called "The long way Down" Where they go through Europe and down Africa to Cape Town.
Though that trip was a bit more commericalised (They had more money) still good though.
Also Charlie Borman did the the Dakar rally in 2006. Now that is some trip. He broke both arms doing it and consider he got off light. Great book and also a DVD I think.

daddcool.
Your comments are always most welcome.
Lena.
Thanks glad you like the song. I've seemed to have slipped back into the past again ![]()
Read lots of books on King Authur. I think the best was the Bernard Cornwell trillogy.
Maybe you read them.

Hi All
You can listen to this song here http://www.myspace.com/onlyarkady
A well used subject (King Arthur) I know as lyrics are not my strong point if your've got time please have a listen.
A little information about the recording.
The song as it is written here is in the key of G for of the ease of playing on the guitar strum or pick.
I've recorded the song in the key of B it's a little easier on my voice ![]()
Anyway
Thanks for looking

Re: TROUBLE WITH BOSS BR 600 (14 replies, posted in Guitars and accessories)
This is a simple solution...... Maybe too easy
I don't know any thing about a digital recorders like Boss like doc or russ have etc.
All I do know is if you can plug the Boss into the audio in on the PC and play back whats recorded on the Boss.
You can with "Audacity" a program free to download from the internet you can record directly from the Boss to the PC as Audacity records anything going though the sound card.
It also converts it straight to a MP3 no problem.
Whats the point of burning and ripping if you don't want a hard copy.
Like I say maybe it's to easy
Sorry...... Rule number 1 on Chordie read previous posts before.....UYK said all
