Ok...i can pan with audition easily...But if i can get a substantial better quality of sound...I may look into investing into 1 of these digital recorders...
Weedjie....lets us know what you end up getting and give us a review of it...

Might not hurt to take a pic of it before you ship it that way youll have proof of the condition it was in when you shipped it...
This will tell you how

Let me ask you this russ...Im recording through a presonus firebox audio interface into my puter...Would there be much of an advantage (for me)to go to digital recorder....Ive been considering this for a while....
Ill put my name in for mixing tracks...
when i first started out i had the same strum also...and what helped me change up is pickin with other people and watching them....i used to get together with 4 or 5 pickers at a time and each had their own style.....good luck ...itll come to you...
yeah...its been talked about before here http://www.chordie.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4845
I enjoyed participating in this....It was groundbreaking for sure...I was amazed that there were this many people involved...LET'S DO IT AGAIN...
Hayride....weeny roast.....campfire......guitar......
Now it just dont get any better than that.... ![]()
Yep....I believe you are right russ
Welcome deadstring....I understand what you are talking about...when im at home....it doesnt matter to me how many people are there....could be 1 or 100 and it doesnt bother me...reason being...im home..your not...if you dont like it leave...hehe......but...when i play anywhere else i feel like i need to hold myself to a little higher standard of playing...which in reality is bs and i know it...cause ive never played for money...if i charged someone then thats when i should be trying to perfect my playing.....but where better to feel more at ease playing than church?i mean after all...theres alot of talk about forgiveness there...so if you screw up...im sure you will be forgiven...
PS:play from your heart and youll never miss a lick...
Good Luck to ya...
its well worth the download
for anyone wanting to resize images...i recommend paint.net http://www.paint.net/ ...free and easy to use

I done a little noise reduction and added some ambience and eq to stephens "tears in heaven" tune and sent it to him for approval....he's put it on his myspace site...so if you guys want to take another listen....
Good job playing there stephen....i just sent you an email about it..i just listened to signe also...sound quality was a little better there...was that an original?
Thanks guys almost one half of a century. wow.
One nite while jamming with too many spirits, one member of our little foursome got too drunk, fell off a kitchen chair. We got him back up put a hockey helmut on him and kept on jammin. hence the name Crash Helmut Jug Band. The best part is it's pure fun.
Tanks by.. Badeye
LOL...Now thats funny ![]()
I would first download asio4all here
http://tippach.business.t-online.de/asi … nglish.exe
install it ...then open reaper and go to options....preferences...and under audio ,click on device and then in the drop down menu for audio system choose ASIO....and then underneath where it says asio driver....click on the drop down menu and choose asio4all...
it also has an asio configuration underneath that where you can tweak it...but i left it at default and it worked good..
it also could just be your soundcard..if you have a soundblaster sound card asio4all should work fine....my newer computer has a realtek soundcard and it sux for trying to record through it...i have an presonus audio interface now that hooks up through firewire...
i hope that helps...
Sands Of Time
I think it is myspace kap...same prob on my site....
I thought you did well for your first shot at recording 06sc500 .....i think when you get used to hearing yourself you will loosen up and let go...:)
