The kendle fire is great, but as far as an app for it, im not sure. I have sent my word docs to it and they show up in the documents section. youhave to manually swipe them to turn the pages. My kid has the fire HD but I have not sent her a doc to test on it.
The really sad thing is that he will not be back for all our sweet replies. I was on Chordie for 5 years befor I joined the forum. NOW I HAVE LOTS OF GREAT FRIENDS ASIDE FROM GUITAR PAPER!! (OH and a great new nickname to boot

Untill the parents help out by getting them the instruments, I would stop. Your really just wasting time. Do one more, and tell them "Now if you really want to play, find a way to get a guitar, then come ask me to help you." Its not mean, its finding out who really wants to learn. Like many of us here, we went in search of... My son had to earn his first guitar and save the money for it. It sat for a year or so after his initial year of lessons. now he asked for lessons again, and being 2 yrs older, he is doing great and playing with out being told to pratice.

I like Tull, but I have to say IT IS NOT HEAVY METAL. I quit paying attention to the grammys up untill this last year (Halestorm won best new metal/ rock band) when they gave Juthro Tull best Heavy metal band over Metallica and their album ..And justice for all.

Today is Tesla's birthday. For those of you who don't know who he is you should look him up. He is the greatest inventor ever. In direct competition with Edison during his hay day. Tesla way so far ahead of his time, but as with all geniuses, he had his quirks and was a weirdo really.
Tesla the band (one of my fav's) is actually named after Nikola Tesla. The Tesla electric car is named after him too.

I was in San Antonio over teh 4th, Saw A damn nice Tesla. Still a pretty pricy ride for the nice one at 93 G's and 265 on one charge. ( That would only get me 2 round trips to work and there are the hills to consider, is that flat land miles per Kw?) I wonder how your house bill for charging every night would look? and would it actualy top off the charge if you can only get 5 hrs on the cord?
Its a pricy toy. bu they its the best on out there for now. It sure did look nice. Like a high end Lexus.

I have watched this a long time ago. I just cant bring myself to do this to my beautiful finishes. I know it would be quicker, buttttt if I ever absolutely needed to sell one then how do you get them to not tell you you ruined the finish?

Love my SG neck (epi) its rose wook. the AXL strat is rosewood also. slimmer neck, I dont think I have palyed a Mapel neck since 84. but I didnt mind it.
