Nela I think you should tell them that you need too feel like you are contributing to your familys well being and need to do some things that make you feel like it. The exercise is good for you and mind set is better most likely,but looks like you may have overdone it for the day. I am retired also and I have too do something each day too feel good about myself. I am currently finishing my collage education and it makes me feel good. Good luck with the three ladies,thats hard too fight. Bluejeep has a good post above mine.

Well that answers holograms thoughts, looke like our teams are not doing to good this year 49ers got whacked by Denver and your loss too the rams. I guess Russell is happy as the packers are doing good. I saw in the news that Harvin was going,you do not need someone too make a mess of your team so it may be the best thing to do. Did you watch the Norte Dame vs Flordia , flordia won in the last 1 second fantastic game.

Roger several of us lost them a few weeks ago,I found if you go back to your pesonal area and press your insterment a couple of times the chords will come back on all your songs. ie; guitar uke. etc. The place you choose your settings and insterment,I think it my be in resources.
