And now for something completely different...................................... I never thought of juggling as musical but I thoroughly enjoyed this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNss0KZr … re=related

Hi Helena,

It is great to see you here after so long. I am so sorry to hear of your problems and I sincerely hope you are soon back to your old self (correction - young self).

Take care and come back as often as you can as you have been sorely missed.

I use Facebook to keep in contact with my family in the UK.

Sadly it is the only way I can do so as the donkey and cart take too long to get me back to see them sad.

If you are using the chords I gave you then start very simply, 2 down strums where the is a 2 against the chord and 4 for all the other chords. When you get familiar with it then you can put in some up strokes and/or double strumming to make it more interesting.

Here in Portugal restaurants and snack bars all have proper expresso coffee makers and is is rare that you come across a bad cup. Most of the worst coffees I have had have been from the big chains and franchises, Burger King, Pizza Hut and the worst of all Starbucks.

I recently saw an advert for Wrigleys Extra Sugar Free chewing gum I was disappointed to find out it neither had any extra sugar nor was it free smile.

There have been some changes for ipad users but there should be no difference for PC/laptop users.

Tommydone, there is a problem with the e.mail address you have shown on Chordie. I had tried to send you a backing track to help you with the timing and strumming but the 'Mailer-Daemon' states it has given up trying to deliver it.

My cash is now making it's way across the Pond and I hope it gets there quicker than when I sent some to Russ for his CD. To disguise the fact that there is cash in an envelope I have hidden it in a CD of mine. (I don't think that I should be the only person to hear me singing, it is only fair to share the misery smile).

I am looking forward to having the only ones in Portugal.

Here are some chords that are easy and will fit to your lyrics. All chords shown are four beats unless marked with 2 for two beats. (Ignore the chords shown a C2 and G2 play a normal C and G)

I hope this helps (if not bin it lol)

I do not drink tea and have not done for over 50 years, I hate the stuff. So it is coffee for me every time.

Careful Doug, I got Helena's age wrong a few years ago and had to write a song for her to get back in her good graces smile.

I too have missed the wit and charm of this special lady, and I hope she is soon able to join us again.

It is past 02:00am and I am usually tucked up in my bed but I have had a late one tonight. As some of you know I work in my friends music shop and we had the job of setting up sound and lighting for some musicians at a private party. It was for a lady's birthday and the artistes appearing were her husband's surprise for her. There was a very talented band from Northern Ireland called Peach, four smart guys who performed a very varied repertoire and well worth seeing if you get the chance. However the big surprise of the night was the Four Tops who had been flown in from America. Sadly there is only one of the original line up still living and performing but the music was great.

And now I got to my bed smile.

Hi Wendy,

I have spoken to Per (the Webmaster) and he had disabled the chopro and print buttons for ipad. He will enable them again but I know he is on the road at the moment so I am not sure when he will be able to do it.

For everyone else on PC or laptop there should be no changes. If there are any please give a description and state the operating system and browser you are using.

It is normal not to consume an adult beverage until 'the sun is over the yard arm'.

By my reckoning 'the sun is over the yard arm' at some place in the world so you can start when you like smile.

Hi Bill and welcome,

I would suggest that you get a friend to play your guitar and you play his to determine whether it is the guitar or a technique fault.
