Topic: Transposing NEED HELP
Can anyone tell me the simplist way to transpose from one key to another? When the band changes keys because a vocal can not hit the notes, I am at a loss of whow to quickly change keys on my bass.

Count how many semitones you are transposing up or down and shift all your notes by that amount. There are transposition charts available in stores and possibly online that will help. After awhile itbecomes second nature.
