i was on here earlier and found a diagram of the circle of fifths and lots of other extremely helpful scale noted with the notes and now i cant find my way back --HELP

What you are looking for is hiding down in the Music Theory Section.... I think. There was an issue with some of the images not having links working there for awhile, but Jerome is aware of the trouble and likely has sorted that out by now. It should be up in the "Stickys" glued to the top of the forum, one covering major and another on minor scales.
