beamer, well written and I can see this as a really good song.  Sorry your going through the valley presently.  I have read your poems too.  Something I heard once was this ....... no matter how deep, how long,  how dark the valley you  go through, the main thing is to keep going through it, don't stop, keep going and eventually you will come out the other side.

Thank you for your kind words.Yes this sucks.  I am just glad I know how to write and express this oppressive weight.

CG, and some hurt deeper and harder than others.

Jan, I will make it through the valley, with or without her.  I feel like crap, but I will survive. I will be a better person.  I will keep writing.

I saw a comment about the distortion on YT, but I'm surprised there's not more.  I could hear this with a neat drum beat and some heavy bass.  Sorry the stuff's happening to make the feels, but the song's good.     

Art and beauty are in the eyes of the beholder.
What constitutes excellent music is in the ears of the listener.

Beamer it hard when your going through a valley that your going through and  I know you wiil get through it.  I have been down there in the past and eventually after a hard  climb got  out and found  my good place with my  now good darling and love  Maree.     Your lyrics tell a story from my past a very good song I have left a comment on YT.
