Topic: I WROTE MY LOVE A LETTER

Just in case you're wondering why I've posted so many songs today...
It's raining, the boss sent me home.
This is for all of you who have suffered the pains of separation.

John Walding,

I love this song. Loads of everything left unsaid between each line.

Id love to be able to write songs this way.

Well done.

Why Blend in with the Crowd ? When you were made to stand out !

Re: I WROTE MY LOVE A LETTER

Hi John,

Nice song and a good chord progression although my fingers are aching after the C#7 (I cheated and played C# towards the end - sorry). Well done,

Roger

Re: I WROTE MY LOVE A LETTER

Roger,
I'll let you in on a little secret. C#7 played like this(x43404) is easier than playing a barred C#. Give it a whirl and lemme know what you think.

(All you do is slide a B7 shaped chord up 2 frets and wallah!)

ps-don't tell too many people..............

Give everything but up.

Re: I WROTE MY LOVE A LETTER

Thanks Toney,

You are so right and I will keep that one to myself,
