Re: Eighty Six Questions

ya wanna talk? OK lets talk.
those are what my mate big Ade calls jazz chords. i have to say you sound quite depressed? 86 questions is all about suicide i guess, and no one knows why people feel the need to end their life, i certainly cant understand it and by the sounds of it, neither can you?
well that's another 3 questions for you. i need to lighten things as i listened twice to your song and i feel a little depressed, not that depressed though!
i'd like to know the background for your song. and by the way it's a good one.

Ask not what Chordie can do for you, but what you can do for Chordie.

Re: Eighty Six Questions

Well written song about a subject there is no easy answer to. Getting out of depression is a subject that maybe more people should be talking about and then maybe we will have less people go down the suicide road. I had a suicide in my extended family  it has left a lot of questions and much hurt wondering if more could have been done.

Re: Eighty Six Questions

Hey Guys this ain`t about me,it`s an observation. Not all songs are love songs.
It`s a subject often in our news, there seems to be an epidemic.
I have some theories on the subject but i really wouldn`t know what the answers are.
Mainly i wanted to write a song with numbers (86) who knows where to rest came from.
thanks for listen and comments.

easybeat .... definately a terrible thing suicide.  I don`t think many people have the answer as each case or individual and what their circumstances leading up to their decision to kill themselves differ.    Just makes me sad that they haven`t got people they can really open up too and pour their guts out too and having someone that will actually listen to them.   Your song is very thought provoking and melancholy.

Thanks Jan,it was meant to be a thought provoking song.At first i thought i hadn`t been clear enough
in what i was saying in the song.I had a couple of comments that thought i was the subject in the song.
It was not a personal story,it was about a terrible epidemic that seems to be getting worse especially
amongst the young. What can i do to help me thinks?Answer write about it.
If it gets people thinking & talking i have accomplished what i set out to do.
Maybe some good will come from me raising this issue in a song.I can only hope.

This one was hard to listen to and not feel what your song said. I hope you have enough hearing your song will help prevent others from taking the wrong path.

Music is what feelings sound like.
Music is life, that why our hearts have beats.
