No clever way, guy who restrung my acoustic at the shop, just waggled it in the air till the pick miraculously fell out, and he's a gnarled ole pro.
Anyone who invents a pick magnet will make millions!

its a frequent hazard
somtimes the inside of the guitar is partitioned so you need to get the pick in the right section by big time shaking then through the F hole by a gentler rockin
but there's no guaranteed cure

Put a bit of gum or double tape on a pencil eraser and reach in and get it...

try using your vacuam cleaner,It works real well with the right attachment on the end. good luck dino48
