I'm the only one on my side of the family with no cholesterol problem.  I eat and drink what I fancy and have never had a cholesterol test in my life - that's why no problem!

Hi Jets, I've got 4 years to catch you up, and my doc says cholesterol OK, excersise though?

the best excersise is putting pen to paper and writing down whats on your mind

Hi Jeff,

Thank goodness I have not got to that stage yet and I have decided that I am not going to get old I am having too much fun. I shall be 21 next birthday (well 21 with 40 years experience) lol

Thanks for all the comments - I usually think of myself as the kid that reluctantly had to get a job but never stopped being a kid. I guess I'm still him but I didn't want to ever have to take meds for...well, anything I guess. I'm hoping I can get off them after I lose a few pounds and get in better shape although my wife has set high expectations for me. I think she is trying to get me down to the weight I was when I married her a long, long time ago. That's like 2 pounds for each year we've been married. yikes
