Re: "birds of the feather"

hi daddycool,
Every winter we get all the birds who have migrated from up north.  There are vast flocks of starlings that roost and scavenge together.  Very amazing except they also produce vast quantities of 'fertilizer' where ever they decide to spend the night.

These flocks will descend upon an area and blanket it while they dig around in the turf.  I have no idea what they are finding, but they seem to find plenty of it if their output is any indicator.

Hey - do you know what that white stuff is in bird poop?                    {It's just bird poop, silly!}

keep cranking out the tunes!

Re: "birds of the feather"

Great song daddycool. I love wild birds.
Last year I nearly did my back in staggering to my car boot with a 25kg sack of wild bird seed  (cheaper buying it that way) for our feeders in the garden.
Still it was worth it  to see all the different birds feeding.

Re: "birds of the feather"

I was fishing some years ago in the west of Ireland,

I stood and watched a Kingfisher swooping and diving, God, He was the loveliest sight.

The finest  most colourful " Clobber" { clothes/ Feathers} ive yet to see on a human.

Simply splendid.

I often wonder whats in there Poo? as its so hard to remove the stains from whites.

A small price to pay for such splendour.

Fly on Cool Daddy. lol
