Topic: "Working At the Rumor Mill"

Here is a slow 3-chord blues about the world's oldest and biggest multi-national manufacturer.
All the trailing dots are just reminders to relax and take it slow and easy . . .

Work has been exhausting lately, I have missed my daily chordie sessions.

James great old blues style the lyrics are easy to sing and the chords are simple as they should be with this kind of song I just played over it and enjoyed it kind of feels like a Harry Conick (not sure how to spell his last name) song mellow and laid back to be sure nice job. Russ smile
ps.I looked for it on your website but you haven't uploaded it yet let us know when you get it uploaded so we can give a listen smile

Re: "Working At the Rumor Mill"

Hi Russell & thanks, glad you enjoy it - - - I plan on recording this in a day or two.  I have to wait until I have the house to myself since I don't have a soundproof room.  I did a rough take last night just to time it out and it was over 8 minutes long!  Yikes!  But it is easy and fun.

Re: "Working At the Rumor Mill"

Hi James,

I am glad I just read your post as I just played it through and it took be just under 10 minutes I was thinking perhaps I was too slow and easy but, in view of your message, perhaps not.

I enjoyed playing it, a very easy one to get to grips with, thanks.

Roger

PS your presence, wisdom and humour have been missed.
