Thanks for your post, I would love to play with you, but we live 200 miles apart, but I do have something that you may want to try.
Make a CD of your best songs and give it to anywhere that may offer you work.
Email any place that may offer you work and ask them to listen to you.
Play your guitar in the park, not busking, this will atract other music players to speak to you, you could make a group from the ones you meet.  But please be sure to keep yourself safe, take a friend with you.
Best of luck, and if I had started is journey at your age I would be a star by now, so keep on.
