BABY STEPS,
TAKE LITTLE FEAT.
BIG STEPS,
MAKE THE LEAP.

PLAYING IN THE CAUTION ZONE,
HOLDING BACK,
THAT’S HOW WE SET THE TONE,
CAN’T RUSH IT JACK.

BABY STEPS
TAKE LITTLE FEAT
BIG STEPS
MAKE THE LEAP

JUMPING WITHOUT LOOKING,
SOMETIMES WE FALL.
PUT A HAND OUT -
YOUR FRIENDS WILL CALL.

THE STEPS WE TAKE
ARE NOT ALWAYS GREAT.
NO MATTER HOW FAR WE TRAVEL,
THERE IS AWAYS A CHANCE TO FALL IN THE GRAVEL.

SCRAPE THAT KNEE

Man i oved him and dolly.and his movies were not great but they were cute.  at least he never had any integrity problems, no one could say he did this or that, such a great man. and we have him to thank for THE EAGLES.

Toini was sick (just regular sick) so Cory sat in.  (now I need to get him to teach Toni the parts he came up with on not only this song but Abbys road. (didnt get a copy of that one).

my vocals suck here , and for some reason we had a hard time gelling last night. (thursdays seem to be going that way) but hereis a try at it from last night.

Well I knew I should have made a note of which variation of the progressions  from ALLCHORDS web page.  it was one of them in C or G .  I can't remeber where I came up with the A#/Bb except maybe it was just what sounded good to me. LOLOL big_smile

So, We worked this a bit at pratice sunday, but we had to work out rough spots.  this link is just a scratch track with my son cory  doing a beat.  he is using a dbl kick pedal on the kick drum, (I am not a fan of it for this song but it did work pretty good.  He is too young to actually "get" where I am tying to come from.)
He did get me playing mostly in the pocket though!  big_smile

The Full band at work now! and much better than the last post.

I posted the first time I did this song with Jerome form 4 yrs ago on my sound cloud link.  Now we do it a bit more my way, yet retain Jerom and Alans influence.
