I think he is the most motivating person on the team and hope he gets back soon but a broken collarbone is pretty hard to get over fast. I think the packers should keep three quarterbacks from now on.

I'm a bit old of a Dad for my kids. I was 36 when my first was born. She's 12 now, and I'm 48. She wants to play volleyball. I played in high school and college, so was pleased that she picked a sport where I'd have half a chance of coaching her. So she's been doing well in her lessons. To encourage her, I joined a team. Today, I played volleyball for 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Now, a dear friend of my wife's is a masseusse. She has been offering free service, but it just seemed weird to me. Tonight I hurt so much, I acquiesced. Dang. At 48, do not play volleyball with 20 somethings for 3.25 hours. Fun? Oh heck yeah! Painful? Indubitably.
That was good you had some sports time with your girls sounds like you are still in decent shape. I would not go fof the wife's friend massage that may cause a problem. A good hot bath and some medicine may be safer.

the us just does not do affordable diesels, yep in abig old truck sure, in a mercedes(sp) sure. although they have the bug in turbo diesel,, YOu can not find a US made car that is Diesel, and the Jap cars only offer Diesel in every other country. I really think its a political thing with the government. VW remains teh only manufacture who brings a variety of affordable cars to the US. I just looked on this and its mind boggeling as to whay we cant get more???
http://www.practicalenvironmentalist.co … l-cars.htm
Next car will be a VW Diesel. I have 120 mile round trip comute. I think 60 mpg sound pretty good right now.
The Japanese government used too make you get a new engine at 30k mi,I do not know if they do that now, they also brought tham too the usa and other places and sold them ( the older engine's)

I hope you will get your money back at the least,it seems the pay pal would be the one that is responsible. I really hope you win out here or it will be pretty costly. I think a lot of the people at chordie have been watching this and will make sure they insure and get a signature.

happy ncd also ,I do the same thing when I sell my cars it's like seeing an old friend go away. consider this it will make you feel better read topdowns post on his new Martin guitar. It never showed up at his home after it was supposed too have been delivered. That should make you feel better that at least you have your purchase.

You said you paid with PayPal? They REQUIRE a signature for delivery of anything over $250. The buyer did not do this (regardless of if you wanted it or not, and I'm guessing you didn't tell them you didn't want it). Open a claim with PayPal. Item did not arrive. It's on them. Sorry for them, because clearly they are out the guitar and the money if your claim is approved. Either way, someone is going to be out and it doesn't sound like YOU did anything to deserve this. I understand the excitement of a Martin Experience being gone now.
Sad.
I think amy nailed it with the pay pal!!

I think it was delived to the wrong address also or one of your neighbors have seen you go places with your other guitars and saw the one delevered and knew you were not there,so they helped themselves. You may also want too look around for vacant snowbird condos too see if it ended up at one of those. I would talk too the driver now before his memory gets too far down the road,so you might want too go too the truck loading docks too talk too him.

I think if you can talk to the driver who delivered it you may be able to get something out of him, have you talked too all your neighbors? I did have two pieces delivered two other addresses but the people were honest and brought them too me. but that was with another co. and the post office.

This really stinks jeff, will they let you talk too the driver that left it off, most condos do look the same. I will get ins from now on or reguire a signature at each delivery. Did you contact the credit card co you used as sometimes they will pay some costs.
