Dino I shot a wild/feral hybrid a couple of years ago and I'm still working my way through the meat!

Bgd you, should always go for a wild pig that is small and young, the bigger and older they are the makes the meat tougher, also if the animal is wounded and runs makes it bad eating,as all the blood etc goes into other areas.

"Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" gave me nightmares. The lyrics scared the heck out of me: that funny MB,I once played santa for my sons and friends and my youngest got on my lap and started crying Real bad. I will never play santa again!

You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I'm telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town
He's making a list
And checking it twice;
Gonna find out Who's naughty and nice
Santa Claus is coming to town
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!

I cried and pouted, and I was naughty, so I thought Santa was going to get me. I was always  afraid to sit on Santa's lap.

No nightmares, only daytime when I hear rap,hip hop and heavy metal.

Lots of BBQs and maybe a trip up north to get out of the heat, if I can manage it. Lots of weekends on my boat "The Lilly Pad."

@Jerome have you done a whole pig before? I can provide tips if you need it. I've done it a few times.

Hi bgd sounds like what I will be doing but no boat,I had two of them and I miss them but not the maintaince on them. Have you ever had wild boar it is super, but if you get one that is really big they do not taste as well.

Hi bdfresh and welcome too the site,I would mainly do what your instructor says. I fingerpick most the time and unlike jjj I keep my hand above the strings most the time. Did he or she have you grow your nails or are you using a pick? I do not use a pick.

That was scary! Sorry beamer. I am definitely NOT heavy. Call me a light-weight. I think I better listen to some Joni Mitchell to get the jitters out.

(Note to Lady Gaga: see, you don't have to dress like a slut from Mars to be a musician. Note to myself: you notice, M.B., that Joni is hardly wearing ANY makeup and she looks totally beautiful? Cut down on the masscara!@!!)

Side note: I'm on the computer in the living room; Dad's in the kitchen. When I started playing beamer's video, the volume was way too loud. From the Kitchen: "Jesus H. Christ-on-a-Crutch!  What the hell are you listening to!!??"

I am also a lightweight, not my kind of music at all.
