hey gitaardocplil, i really like this blues guy named guy davis.  he plays mandolin banjo 12 string guitar and harmonica (not all at once) he really doesnt get alot of respect.

esteban is the better guitar player. but kurt is the better song writer. it wasnt just noise
and if you where ever addicted or have a tortured soul, youd understand. it is a generation thing, i dont understand joni mitchel and i think bob dylan sucks. see my point? music is what speaks to you. kurt is one of the reasons i picked up the guitar. so i could write a song with meaning. if you cant get his meaning then you aint listening.
and for the record im not taking this to seriously.

i mostly try to fingerpick because thats the hardest for me to do.  my girlfriend says i listen to too much john prine.  as far as guitar goes i go for lead but i think that comes from my back ground as a bass player, all those scales and stuff

hey reb, i like the name gospel ship. or maybe never thrist. i usally use a part of the words for a title. just a suggestion

kinda starts off like "cry, cry, cry"  by jonny cash.  still though great song and fun to play

i dont have much to add but what a great song. i dont think gospel gets enough respect. theres this song called" every humble knee must bow"  i dont know who wrote it but the nashville bluegrass band does a really good version of it.  there on rounder records so if you ever come across it check it out
