Agree with them above - get thee to a luthier, pronto! Andale!

You don't say what it is about your beater that "...is more enjoyable to play than my Martin" but I will assume it's prob'ly the action, which any halfway decent professional will notice and be able to fix, tout suite. If it's sumpin else, you may have "some 'splainin' to do" to make it clear to him...

If it can't be adapted to your liking, you have a pretty lovely 'trade chip,' as they say in baseball... cha-ching!

And, as with what them above says, Welcome Aboard

.

Ditto all good answers, I would keep the martin till my fingers wrists and muscles get stronger then play it again and see what happens.

Dino, I know your saving for your Martin, but don't pass up a chance to visit the UK.  It's a beautiful country. My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks touring around the countryside. Everyone was so kind to us. Turned out to be the best vacation I ever had, we returned home feeling blessed.

BJ thats one of the reasons I want too see it and also Ireland and Italy. My dad was all over there in world war two and said it was great in areas they had not destroyed.I have wanted a Martin D 28 and want too get it first.I am saving for now.

Got real noisy here last night,I thought we were in a war zone, alot of not legal stuff out there. This year that danger as we are all dry,if you got caught you have too pay  $1500.00 fine for using them.

Good work TF, you might try putting in chords from puff the magic dragon. You might also try the Kinks tune where they are singing picture perfect.

Sounds great. I also wish I were closer. I love old country and John Denver style. I wish I were a little better and closer. Dino, you need to save for your Martin before you go off to England.

Martin always first to use my money on!!
