Thank you Amy it wont get to me till the 22nd and I'm chomping at the bit
Happy soon to be NGD!
someone else will have to check it out I don't see any need for a riff station speaking for myself only
Like everything else they give you a trial time, This one is 30 days then you pay. Check it out at Riffstation.com. get back to me if it works for you.
Amy I also heard this from a friend who has purchased around 12 guitars from Rondo he is the guy who dose all the hard electronic work for me I looked and I couldn't find any acoustics on there website
I bought my son and hubby both electrics from rondo a few years ago. They're still going strong and neither has insisted on a new electric yet (new acoustics yes, but apparently the electrics are good enough).
I think I eyed Jeff eyeing Jim's guitar when he was here, but in my excitement it didn't hit me. We should have both said something to Jim and made him get it out!
I cant wait it will be here Thursday this is a really good company to deal with I liked the extra security when giving my card number just like my online banking this sounds like overkill but I am still getting a Gibson Les Paul just have to wait to arrange financing
It is a cool guitar. I`ll bet the anticipation of getting it is getting worse by the hour
that's funny I didn't notice your link were on the same page these Rondo guitars are really good not just because of the price but the workmanship and playability and there's quite a selection to choose from I will put up a video when I get it

I think you have to log in to view this I think I would print out each song and make copies for them ![]()
I may not have to build one I think I can use this and if needed replace wiring pickups and tuning pegs but I really like this finish I can always get another neck if I don't like the one that's on I am more interested in the body the price is very reasonable I am going to ask my expert who can set up a guitar really fine ![]()

I plan on building a Les Paul from a kit I have a friend who will actually do the work(assembly and finish) this is one kit I found and I need some opinions I am interested in finding the BEST kit out there wiring and pickups are not an issue my friend has access to factory wiring and pickups what I need is the body and neck any suggestions would be appreciated ![]()

That was a close call it would have been heart breaking if you get a chance post a photo or two glad I could help
Last Friday evening, a cord caught around the leg of one of my guitar stands, sending my Larrivee towards the hardwood floor. Some old hockey goaltending reflexes came back, and I caught it on my instep just before it hit the floor ... whew! Anyway, that highly motivated me to head down to the local Long & McQuade's and pick up wall hangers, and they're now solidly mounted. My Stanley stud-finder helped me find solid wood to fasten them to, so no anchors were needed. A close call with a good ending!
Thanks for a very timely post, Russell!
Phill we have been getting a lot of rain in the Midwest this has been the coolest summer weather wise I can remember one week of 80 degree plus and that was it summer is gone glad ya like the display
I guess that makes the (almost) constant rain here in Wales a god send, as I dont have to worry about my boys drying out or falling off the wall for that matter, even though I dont have any space on my walls at the moment, nice display of hangers though Russ
If you start full open that works with drag racing and on occasion rock music and there are several ways to approach dynamics you can start quiet and build to a higher level but once you start full throttle there's no where to go dynamics are best used starting in the middle this gives you more flexibility to lower or raise the volume to create emotion in the melody there are lots of excellent bands that use dynamics as a tool Zac Brown,Tom Petty,Dire Straits to name a few but there are many others and dynamics is one of the key element in there arsenal ![]()
What I like about this idea is the hanger all came with the screws and a plastic expander for the screw which makes it easy to hang in plaster which is what is behind the thin paneling on my walls ![]()
No more kicking them over by accident ![]()

from what I can tell from the photo I would replace the bridge with a single saddle for each string it allows you to set the intonation for each string as well as the height this is important because it controls the action you can get a nut at amazon and wiring harness if you need it.
I live in a small studio apartment and space is really important and I wont have to worry about knocking one over now and then ![]()
I just ordered 4 of these they are on sale for $3.95 each the shipping was $5.40 for 4 so if you have more then one ax there handy to have ![]()

Phill i really loved the feel and the instumental arrangement vocals also the only suggestion is to tone down the reverb on the vocals other then that its a great song my friend
My bad I thought he wanted C#/G# better put my glasses on when I type
Russell sounds like you are describing a C# over G#, not a C augmented over G#. I have no idea how the chord is played in the song (tabs might help) but to play a C augmented you substitute out the 5 of the chord (G) for a #5 (G#).
4 or 0 or 8
5
5
6
x

Play a bar C position at the 4th fret include the 6th string or capo the 1st fret play a normal C and cover the low sting with your 3rd finger there are a few other ways if you can play up the neck these are altered chord positions ![]()
