That song is the best rendition I have heard, toots.  It gives me goose bumps every time I hear it. Have you posted it on Youtube. I'd love to hear it.

If the light bulb goes and and doesn't light anymore, then we are finished. Be thankful it still works

I also miss the old days of dancing and singing.  It is turning cold here also.  I wish you the best.  Come back more often.

Most excellent, topdown.  My first time in front of a mic was at my daughhters wedding about three years ago.  She asked me to do it a couple of months before and I worried constantly about it.  It turned out wonderful and I am a better person for it.  Sometimes we have to be pushed.  Now ain't that a good thing to have behind you.  I hope you have many more chances in the future.
Now we hope to see some YouTube videos. smile

And practice, practice, practice.  It'll come.

Here is some tab for it.  Not much there unless it is repeated throughout the song.

Those of us who are self taught tend to carry a lot of bad habits.  Sometimes I realize I am wrong and try to improve it, such as body position, only to go back to the old ways in most cases. Old dog, new tricks comes to mind.  I still say that bad habits are relative.  If you are comfortable with them, who is to say they are wrong.  What you become used to ends up being the right way for you.

I watched a couple of their videos.  I'm not sure what you mean by rolling your thumb.

You are indeed a miracle worker Cam.  Carry on brother.

Welcome Beamer.  Glad to have you here.

Yes, its a webcam.

Thanks Big Jim.  No hurt feelings here.  I do notice that sometimes I am a bit more jerky with the lyrics. I guess it depends on the day and how I feel.  I'll not let it stop me.

Bass Viking, you are in tune with the universe.  Way to go.  I am sure you will do well and they will like it.  Let us know how it goes.

So we're talking about each doing a segment of the same song and passing it on to be strung together with the next one?  Like the Stand By Me ?  I'm all for for it.  You guys are forcing me to trip to the next level.  I'm all for it, if I have some help, of course and it sounds like you, BGD are willing to get me started.  Lets roll.  Let me know what the first step is.

Somebody please Stop Me.
