In the lower back pain problem physical therapy really helped i have personally noticed this therapy of my bro it is quite painful in the start but overall its a good treatment....

In this scenario of frozen shoulder i have faced this is winter when i was traped in the hilly area due to little accident but physical therapy really helped me for competing recovery...

Physical and occupational therapy is a very good treatment in this scenario really helpful for the patients because i have personally faced this therapy last year........
