There is a hillbilly family that walked into the mall and the wife says that she has to go get something so the father takes his son with him and they are walking around until they see a elevator.

The boy looks at his father and said "Pop what is that?" the father said "I don't know son"

So they stand there watching it until finally a old fat woman gets in the elevator and the doors shut then doors open back up and out comes a beautiful young woman and the father says to his son...

"Quick! go get your ma!"

I agree with JJ I think midevil times would be cool to, but I would also like to go to the time period of World War II.

Happy Birthday Roger! Glad to hear you had a great time.

This doesn't have a title for it yet, but I thought I would share it anyway. I was thinking about turning it into a song, but I am not sure yet. This is still in the editing process.

Sitting here I'm thinking, looking up I'm dreaming,
About the future and what it holds.
Some things from the past, Oh I wish they could have last,
But now they are gone and old.
Its all a mystery, of what things could all be,
Thats why I never plan.
So, I'll take it as it comes, hope I make the right choices
And learn from all I've done.

In maturity I've grown, from everything I've sown,
From the good and from the bad.
There were things that had been fun, but in the end I had run
Away from the sins I behad.
Now everywhere I turn, everything is different from what I've learned,
Every step seems so daring.
How I came here to this, thats the part that I missed,
And now I feel like I'm tearing.

What will I do, what path of the two,
Will I choose to walk in.
I could take the easy way, but in the end I would pay
So I'll walk with hardship all day long.
As I'm standing under this great mountion, that I have to cross,
I know I must go raging on.

Thankyou for the welcome Bushy243, a lot of people make fun of the mandolin. Whenever people see me with it they are always asking if it is a banjo, and when I correct them they usually make comments on how small it is, but oh well. When I first picked up the guitar if felt a little strange because I am so used to holding a small instrument, but now I am used to it.

I have been playing mandolin for a little over a year now and can play all kinds of different music on it. Comtempory, celtic, bluegrass, and country. I play with my sister sometimes whom plays guitar. Tablature is very helpful, I took me awhile to catch on to it at first, but now I use it all the time. As for your question SleepyCreeker the strings are tuned to G D A and E.
