Dino.... I would love to come back to Cali... but I probably can't get away without the kids this time, and that would just be too much money for five people.

So, I am thinking maybe the last week/weekend in July (although mid August isn't totaly out.).  So with that in mind, and thinking either central Ny (North Shore of Oneida Lake area if you need a better idea)... or further south a hair into Pennsylvania.  Give me an idea if you may be in or not and if you have a preference on area or accommodations (tents, rvs, etc??)  Oh... and also if youlan to fish... if you need a river, stream, or lake. Lol!

I would love too come out there amy and meet all of you. I am somewhat dealing with a limited budget as I am helping one of my sons who only has part time work because of the poor economy,I do hope all of the members have a great time.

thats really a broad subject as you can be here typing them in all day. You might try shopping guitar center,or amazon. Find what you like and some of us will give you our opinion. I like to go too the place I want too buy a guitar from and see if it plays and feels good. some others will buy online. You will know when you have the right one in your hands.

If I could only have on it would be a stratocaster, they can do most any song. After that a Gibson Les Paul.

looks like we lost another guitarist/performer. Ritchie Havens from woodstock. He did Freedom on the acoustic. I enjoyed his performance.

Thats most likely a reason that strings sound dull along with oily skin, all that stuff on the strings can make them sound dull.

here and trying too figure a way to get amy too come and sing for me,she should be in ca.tomarrow. I am almost 400 mi away from Los Angles. Guess I will just keep wishing.

Hee hee hee!  I had a GREAT time in LA!  I NOW understand why they call it "Sunny California".  Got home and realllllly missed that constant sunshine and no rain.  It was a little colder than the weatherman said it would be, but it was still warmer than home (and sunny!).  I had a lovely poolside patio room that all were jealous of.  Although it seems silly to be excited about it, I got to see smog and homeless people.  I'm not "excited" about it, but it was an experience.  The plane ride was awesome flying across the US.  I have pictures of the Rockies from the sky, which is pretty cool.  OH... and I learned how to do my job.  And can I just say... TRI TIP = AWESOME.  Heated pool = AWESOME.  Hot Tub = AWESOME.  But the best part of all is that I met some folks from other places, and had a really great time hanging out in the evenings and relaxing for ONCE without the family.  I missed the kids and hubby, but it was so nice to just take care of ME for 6 days!  I am SOOOO glad I got back before the Boston Marathon too.  I can't imagine what the airport security must be like this week.

glad too hear you had a good time out here,we do have real good weather most of the year, and snow and beaches so we do have alot. I do not really like southern ca.or mostly the the Los angles area. I have lived in s.ca and n. ca. and I like the north alot better. Not as much smog, traffic etc. and the weather is cooler up here. I am glad you did not have a problem with the Boston bombing. We can also send you some homeless people,we will send them in that direction,we have too many!!. they like the weather here.

Hi Dino, you seem very happy with this product so will you please use it to give bassnbrew the chords.

I tried it a while ago and found it to be inaccurate so I would like the latest results to see if it has been improved. (Having used it for the trial period I cannot try it again without buying it, so I look forward to the results from someong who is using it).

Roger

Thats interesting,I never have used it myself I thought it was good because they advertise here. I have all the chords I need. Iam glad you told me,I will not recommend them anymore.

Nice to see you back butch.hope you wife gets better soon, you should get some kind of monetary settlement if she was rear ended. Lots of good guitars in your money range.good advice above. Yamaha and Takamine both make good less expensive guitars.

I wouldn't let them touch the replacement guitar. Just tell them you changed your mind and don't want to install one. Then find another shop to do the work. At least they are going to replace the one they damaged. Good luck.

  Joe

I agree with Tyson,if they are that bad about messing up your guitar once they may do something too your new one, take it too someone else.
