Old Doll, I want to thank you for those songs earlier.  Especially the Charlie Landsborough song.  I listened to that one and thought, "A nice song", then I listened to it again about ten times, and I absolutely love that song.  I found the chords to it and will add it to my repertoir.  I have to listen to it many times to get the right melody, but I am going to work on it.  That is a song that comes along every few years for me and I can't believe how beautiful it is.  Thanks again for bringing it into my life.

Funny you mentioned that blonde.  When I was watching it, I expected the camera to follow her, but nooooo

I know old doll.  These songs and a few others keep me going.  And with the addition of the ones you have shown me, I shall mesmerize the ladies.  That's what I want to do, you know.  At my age why should I bother, you may ask.  Beacause it comes from the heart and makes you ladies feel good about life and love.

Another good song, badeye.  I noticed a young Stevie Ray in the back ground.

Michael Bolton has some jerkers, I know.  And he has a good clean sound.  Bryan Adams is the one that stold my wifes heart when I met her.

Just reading up on Lucille and found out that he named all his guitars Lucille, from the first one he almost lost in a fire, to every other one he has owned since.

Welcome Rockcruiser.  It sounds like you have been on a roll for a long time.  Glad to have you here.  Stick around, I'm sure even you can learn something here.  A great bunch of people here.

Sit back, relax and give this a listen.  I watched it, hoping my name would magically appear on this list, but was shocked to  not see it there.  Oh well, perhaps if it were 16 Great Guitar Players.  Hmmm?

That's very interesting.  It kind of brings everything together

Pick that thang, Ed.  Great job.  Keep up the good work.

Here here.  To Arthur

I looked and looked yesterday, but couldn't find any chords for it.  That doesn't mean they are not out there somewhere.  Good luck.

And of course, the BeeGees and Allman Brothers band.

How about the Everly Brothers and Walker Brothers?
In case the Walker Brothers don't ring a bell with some of you younger folks

I thought the John Prine fans would like this one. I just happened to come across it and now I am gonna get the lyrics and play this one. Love Is On a Roll, by Roger Cook with help from John Prine and Bobby Bare.

I like that, too.  Don Williams also does that real well.

Name your guitar and have him tatoo the name.

Sounds like great kids Zurf.  A cut above.  We need more young people like them.

Congressman with lip piercings and the president with a tatoo on his forehead saying "Skaters Rule" and of course the Speaker of the House with a nipple ring and the Vice President listening to his IPOD during the State of The Union address.  Yeah, life is good. As I sit here and play "As my Guitar Gently Weeps.

Well, I'll strum some Waylon and you strum your little Willie and I'm sure we'll draw a crowd in no time.  smile
You know those skateboarders can skate and text at the same time.  Yes, they'll be smart, but I can't help but wonder what the world will be like in 20 years when they take over.

I guess we all have cameras at our disposal these days.  I enjoy it also.

Amen, brother.  Wish I were there with you.  I am enjoying a few cool ones myself this evening and am plunking away at my repertoir.  Enjoy the evening, and above all, have fun.  Well, one or two more and you should be ready for some Waylon Jennings.  Ready?  Hit it!
