Trust me when I say I'm no pro but......I'm no pro but you'll only get better when you practice vocalizing and practice playing and practice learning how to change the key to put it in your vocal range.

I found these sites dedicated to the specific artist. It's pretty cool. On the Beatles page is a video I hadn't seen of Get Back just before their split. Man they didn't look to happy then.

Online search and found this, the chords are probably out there somewhere.
The song is called "Dirty Old Man" written and performed by Valdy. This link also has more of his tunes including "Rock and Roll Song". You have to download them as they are wave files.
