This one mad me mad today.

I had my day all planned until I got to my customers house. I met with the wife on Mon. to see what dryrot/termite damage needed to be fixed. . So I picked up my materials on Wed. I show up this morning and the husband takes me around and shows me more damage that the wife didn't shoe me and an additional couple of small things. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, but I had to run out and pick up more the lumber. I HATE this!!!!! It's sort of ok if I don't need to go pick something up. But still, don't spring it on me when I get there in the morning. Drives me absolutely insane.

I feel replacement is always better than repair, but at what price? Keep your fingers crossed.

What Beamer said.....

I agree with Zurf too. I would buy a Seagull in a second. Love my A&L, and Seagull is that much better.

I'm in the meat boat also. If it's working for you then that's great. That just means more meat for me.

Keep it up Baldy. That's awesome.

Here's a sorta funny story. A friend of my wife's is vegetarian. She is now dealing with some tumors that may be cancerous. Recently she had to see a specialist who scans all of your fluids for anything abnormal. Turns out she is lacking animal proteins. That's the funny part, she needs what she chooses not to eat. Just another reason to show that meat is good for you.

Sorry to hear that Bushy. I've seen some bumper stickers that say "Cancer sucks". They couldn't be more true.

This forum has lots of info on repair and refinishing.

Good luck!!!!

I'm guessing you're asking about D U.

D = down strum
U = up strum

Not sure about the "what not"

Post an example and we can help you with it.

Just yesterday at the house I was working on, the owner asks me if I have ever used horse liniment. He was rubbing it on his elbow and said it works better than Ben Gay. He's in his mid to late sixties I think.

Great stuff Beam!!!!!

Now I know who we are talking about,He was agreat actor,the green mile is one of my favorite movie's. Shame that he was only 54.

+1, great movie!!

He was also in The Whole Nine Yards and Sin City.

Sad. I liked him, he was a good actor. I heard about his heart attack recently but nothing afterwards.  Way too young.

I didn't know they had Bluegrass festivals also (check out the tabs at the top of the page). Must be awesome there in the summer.

My bad, I was thinking Mp3's, not sheet music.

How do you all have your music organized on your computer?

At present I have folders for each artist if I have 5 or more songs by them. The rest is just in a folder by itself. It takes forever to look thru this folder. Need a better way.

Look on the bright side, at least it was the garden they stole from and not inside your house.

I've had it happen to me. People in my e-mail contacts send me a reply saying they got an e-mail and they know it wasn't something I would send. Just a couple days a go I got one from my wife. Her Facebook was hacked somehow . I think Facebook has lots of leaks within their apps.

I missed this thread somehow.

This was a good one Beam. Bringing back some metal!!!!!!!!

I think cancer is just in the air we breath. You hear about so many people nowadays with cancer. Sounds like your friend took care of himself. My wife's friend is going thru a bout with some tumors.  Seems like everything is polluted. Prayers going out for your friend.
