I know Jet60 could think of games to play

I do alot of remodling around the house and I love to wrench on the car. Two things that tear your hands apart. Right now I'm doing drywall. I dont know if you guys(or gals:)) have ever used drywall screws, but they wreck havoc on your fingers. I love to cook as well and as you all may know knifes are never a good thing for a guitar player to be messing around with.

I would just like all my friends on Chordie to know that my son won his first soccer game today.
Nothings better then watching the kids kick the ball around. Go Jaguars!!!

sorry i'm totally confused, i thought it was about mcdonalds and hamburgers in a deep sort of way, and what russ said only compounded my confusion...and i thought scottish colloquialisms were confusing? i didnt understand one word of russ's reply.
wait i just read it for the 3rd time...is it about guantanamo bay?  please excuse my denseness, but i'm brittish, and we dont go in for torcher...lol

a most effusive missive mr unhuh, well written and deeply felt on a highly contentious subject.

phill

British? Now I'm confused. I thought you were Welsh? smile

I dont really like that song, But I do respect good guitar playing. Well done to you and your friend

You go girl! Sounds like this guy needs a punch in the mouth. I tell my girls all the time that men are pigs (for the most part). I find that once I get it off my chest I feel better.(for the most part) 2 years is a long time to hold that in. Feel better? I sure hope so. Dont let one idiot bring you down. Stay strong and this guy really needs a punch in the mouth.

Sounds like Hanna

Sounds exactly like Hanna. I hate that girl, but my nine year old has made me learn almost all her songs. Atleast me and my kid have songs we can do together. Still though, if I have to play the best of both worlds one more time............
Great poem by the way. My thoughts exactly

I just go up and down the thick E till I find the key then the rest will either make sense or it'll take me a few to figure it out. Normally if i figure out the key then I think of other songs I know in the same key and go from there. I have to have the song playing or it doesnt work unless its something simple. Ive never been able to figure out solos. Like Daddycool said, its better to pick songs you really like and have heard a 1000 times.

I remember the first real girlfriend I had, and how she schooled me on growing up. I wanted to go play army with my friends and she said I could do that and stay a boy or I could play with her and become a man. ( hope thats ok to say, tried to keep it clean) Why are girls so much smarter then us? Anyway great song ,Daddy, brought up alot of memories.

That does suck, Daddy. Their loss your gain. Now you can write more songs. Ive said before this happened to me as well, Though I didnt work there as long as you did. 10 years working for this guy and he hires his friend to run the place. After I left the place went down hill, and all of my crew quit on him. Thats life in the pizza biz. Anyway, Im happy doing what Im doing now, working with kids. Im glad they forced me to leave, I really hated working in a kitchean, sending other peoples kids to college and private schools. Now I actually have a "carear". Like your signuture says, "Keep a true heartand live life to the full"
Have a good day

I love the piano. I think the way your playing it makes up for it being"depressing". I like depressing songs but Im not a depressed person. Every time I hear your songs it's always different, where as my stuff sounds the same (genre, chords,etc...) Keep up the good work.
p.s.: I corrected a kid today that Wales and England are not the same place.
Thanks Phill

Thats halirious! I g.uess I was wrong, works great for a first dance. I'll have to think of another. How about "My Guitar Wants To kill your Mamma" Frank Zappa. Or maybe thats just what I was thinking on my wedding day.
