We3ll beamer.  I am another one it seems.  In my younger days I listened to Led Zeppelin and Uriah Heep.  But after their time I just swerved away form the loud fast music.  Hang on though.  I think your thought is a good idea and there will be some r, am sure.

I don't think Chordie has any, but here is a site with German folk songs
http://www.martindardis.com/german_folk_songs.html

I looked for Deuthes Hit Parade songs wih chords but couln't find any.  I'm suretey are out tee.

I just used it.  The only thing is, I have to re input all my user names and passwords on everything and sometimes I don't remember what they are.  Anyway, I'll see how it works.

Thanks Jerome.  Yeah guys, I know I have a lot of junk on my hard drive.  I do keep large files on a separate external drive.  And yes my hard drive is over 50% full even though.  I defragged yesterday and it helped a little.  I will check out ccleaner and see what gives.  Talent enhancement would be the way to go.  I'll be looking for one of those.  Thanks guys.

I knew you would pop in jerome.  It's just like you to confuse me with the facts.  smile  I have an Alesis 4 mixer.  I think I understand you.  I have the mics going through the mixer to USB and if I am hearing you right, the sound card will only make my playback on the computer sound a little better, but do very little for the actual recorded sound.

As with everything else, my computer has slowed down after 3+ years of good service and I am thinking about a new one.  In the past, when buying a computer, I never worried about the sound card.  If it had one, good.  Now that I enjoy recording and posting songs to YouTube, should I be looking for a computer with a better sound card than the average one that comes with cheap computers?  Would a better sound card enhance my recording sessions at all?  Would it be worth it to spend a few more dollars for one with a much better sound card?  Or if I bought a separate sound card and installed it, what would I look for?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Great Roger.  I enjoyed that.  I like choirs.  And add a guitar and you've got good music.

The dumb answer, but I have to ask.  Is your mic switch on, if it has one.  The other thing is to call Berringer directly and they should talk you through it.

Desire to learn is the key.  Whatever it takes to keep the desire going is fair.

You're going to get lots of different responses on this one.  I don't know anything about the neon strings, but Elixers and Curt mangan strings are good ones.

Thanks for this.  The song brings back lots of memories for me, too.

You're a good man Joey.  Better than most.

I have used Songbook for years, but on my PC.  Ialso have it for my Android phone and recently purchased it for my IPAD II.  I keep all my chordpro songs in a file called Asongs and just tranfer the whole batch to my android and IPAD at once.  Macs are a bit different and I don't understand how to transfer files easily.

Sometimes if you try to access Chordie in different ways it helps.  Do you use search engine to go to Chordie , if so, put chordie.com in your address and try that.

I hve been usin Curt mangan strings for a long time now.  They e relatively cheap and they last long and sound great to me.  I just changed strings on both guitars and decided to go back to Elixer Nano on one gutar and they sound great also, but for the price of the Mangan strings, I will probably go back to theMangans when these wear ot.

What they do seem to get right is, "Who wore what dress to the Emmys and actress so and so is having a baby. More after the break."  This is the news I really don't give a flip about.
