Hi Jeff,
Great story line.
I think it would make a good story for children depending on how it is illustrated.Guys grow up and dream differently from the gals(just ask my ex's
).
There's a good moral here cause the bottom line is we should all be allowed to dream as kids but we have to be prepared for the realities of life.
Looking forwards to the recording as usual
and part two.
Ya gotta record these.....yer killing me here.
Kenny
Tried to have a listen but I cant play that type of file. Can you put it in MP3 or WMV
Kenny

Hi buddrow
Welcome to Chordie.
Very interesting lyrics for your first post.I would like to see the chords and possibly/maybe a recording of your song so we could hear it as you intended.
Thanks Kenny
So that's why you've been hiding.
Well worth the time spent in the recording dungeons. This piece has a nice flow to it.
I really enjoyed the mix with the bells and the lead guitar."The Power of Chordie" Very Cool
Well Done Roger,Ark,Russ and of course Lena.I am curious about the storyline. Is this a personal true story?not being nosy.
Hi lone-woodwose
Also welcome to Chordie.
Looking forwards to the chords and hopefully a listen at myspace or similar sites.

Hi lone-woodwoes.
I'm no pro at this but I picked up a handy little unit called the Lightsnake by Sony.It comes with USB,10' x 1/4" patch cord,Software compatible to Sony Acid, Sound Forge, Macintosh, Garage Band and more.
The patch cord also has a built in splitter that I find very handy.
I picked it up for my keyboard so I don't have to keep switching back and forth for guitar.
$48 Canadian.
At Russ's suggestion I also use 1/4" to 1/8" adapter for guitar. It's easy to set up and real inexpensive.
Both good buys and good time savers.
Hope this helps.
Kenny
Hi Phill,
Just had a listen at soundclick and really enjoyed the listen.
Well Done again Sir.
Christmas is right around the corner.
Kenny
P.S. How do you like soundclick
Hi Lena
Really image intensive lyrics you have written. They read like a black and white video imaging life/death values.
"Memorials in the masses has snobbery in the classes,
Lived a lifetime but your choices still remained."
Well done to You.
I agree this piece should be spoken or softly sung and although I am not fond of my voice I will give it a go if you like.Just let me know.
I know you are not Scottish but for some reason I hear a solemn bagpipe playing in the background and breaks. Just a thought.
Kenny
Russell the artist!!! Kudos to you sir.
I had a listen to your Christmas song and enjoyed the harmonizing you did on it.
Must have been fun.
Mediafire is busy now and won't let me back in(I forgot the name of the song) but... Well Done
Kenny
Russell Harding...Anchorman
Kinda got a ring to it.
Look forwards every month to the latest updates blended with your style of wit and humor.
Well Done Again
Kenny
P.S. Do you have a name for your anchorpet
This is a video of Tony Melendez, born with no arms and learned to play guitar at 16.
The love of music holds no one down.
Enjoy
