LOLOL It gets us every time, (Oh and you might want to edit your explicative, people on this forum are very strict about language 
) No on my strat, I deliberately had the middle pick up wired out of phase with the neck pick up for the Brian May type sound. It can work for you in certain applications. You just gotta crank up the gain,, then the thing sizzles.

That reverse string position is what gives the Ricks the sound we crave. It is why Petty wanted one, so he could get that Byrds tone.

I would love to help but I know my electronic limits LOL I took mine to the guitar tech and said I want it this way . I agree with TF, Best to visit your tech. heck you may need a different selector also, or one that can select two dif options . The good thing is, GFS rocks! and you can get better pots for them there also.

Awhile back I was on here talking about the American Idol winner Caleb Johnson. Well I am back. His new EP will be out soon and really guys, its a must have. Every track has been recorded LIVE. NO AUTO TUNE. and his back up singer is fantastic also. (Not sure if it is Nika Nash or not, but she toured with him on the last record)
He also is now out from under the AI management contract. He has signed with McGee management. (Yep, the DOC McGee form OH the whole 80s mega stars! Kiss Motley, Crue, Scorpions, BonJovi just to name a few) He will the opening act for KISS this year.
Also he is a hometown NC guy.

the other nice feature of a tuner stomp box, you can use it as a cut out. I have a buddy who uses one nightly like that. when he needs a quick total cut, he hits it and then pops it back on.

TF, I figured out what was happening, I had raised the PU a little more and that was a bad idea, so lowered it and OH yea, the most important thing, PUT SOME JUICE TO IT!
If you look at my post in general, I put new pics up of final stickering and a new sound link. Its all on the 4th selector position. It really rocks! The only way to really get a brian may sound is to REALLY MODIFY a pick guard with 6 switches like the red special and have 3 modified VOX AC30 amps LOLOLOL Oh and the guy who puts it all together. I am done with my Bettie Project. from new guts to dress up. I have here grave stone on here to. If you can read it close enough it says "Queen of the Pin-Up's"
I was just messing around, hence the name of the clip, I am in position 4 on the Brighton Rocks out of phase. into RP500 Rectified Marshall to my Bugera V 5, attenuator on 5 Watts. ( usually sits on .1) gain max volume 2.5 tone 7.2 no reverb OH just recorded on my phone using Smart voice Recorder. (amazing free app with volume leveling and records in WAV)
this clip should sound better for you guys who coldnt hear from google. Actually a better playing clip too only 54 seconds.
