I like alot of southern rock, also some Eric Clapton. I play alot of 70's singer song writer songs on my acoustic. I'd like learn some 80's hair band power chords on my elecrtic. I can't be more honest then that.

I have about 80 songs in my song book. I'd like to know if theres any way to seperate songs into a second song book. I would like to keep my acoustic songs in one book and my favorite electric guitar songs on another book. Can this be done?

Hey Zurf, working on barre chords myself. I can't believe I was afraid of them for all these years. When you get them right, it's the best feeling in the world. Keep practicing.

I saw my first breedlove guitar a few weeks ago. Since then I've stopped by my local guitar store and played a few. I can't believe the incredable sound and easy playabiliy of this guitar. How come I don't see there name up there with Tayler and Martin? They cost just as much. Please help, I'm feeling weak and might have to buy one.

Hi all, I am an acoustic guitar player who is usually not on this forum. I am in the market for a solid body electric guitar that plays great and won't break my piggy bank. I would like to expand my playing skills, so any advice would be great. Thanks.

I just read through this thread, and I've tried the slip on nail picks. I would have to say using your own nails or pads is the only way to go. anything else and you can't feel the strings when you pick.(VERY IMPORTANT).

I don't think ther is such a thing as a standard strumming pattern. It realy helps if you know the song and practice off of it. However in country music alot of the strumming is followed by hitting the base string in tempo. I hope this helps.
