ALSO: version 2 of my song is up in the songs. I asked Jets for help with 2 new verses.

Hey Gang!
I started a poem in the poem section, it sat one day and became the song the next. Had some stuff come up and it was an easy fit to finish the words. Showed it to BGD on FB messenger, and 15 min later he had an arrangement written out for me and a scratch track. At his req, its not being posted. but I hope I can play it as great as he does.
He said it was his first collaboration in years! And it just went so smooth. It was also up his ally being a bluesy song. Not my standard METALIZER deep and dark stuff. LOLOLOL ![]()
I asked him was it a 12 barr and he said yes but no IV chord LOL. So it looks like the Metalizer has to remember how to get slow.
IN other news My Rondo 12 string got here yesterday. Posted to FB but will put a couple pictures here.

GIVE ME SOME SUNSHINE
08-13-2019
Scott Sailer - Lyrics
Jeff Gilpin - Lyrics
Joe Lilly - Arrangement
Em7
Give me some sunshine, Light my way
Give me some sunshine, Make this a brand new day.
D7#9
I have taken my beatings, Caused most my own pain.
Em7
Just looking for the one, who can shine some light on me again?
Em7
Give me some sunshine, Light my way
Give me some sunshine, Make this a brand new day.
D7#9
No more shame. Looking to forgive myself
Em7
No more games. Who can shine some light on me again?
Pull myself up, that’s always been the plan
D7#9
Time to fly, got to find out Just where I’m gonna’ land
Em7
Give me some sunshine, Light my way
Give me some sunshine, Make this a brand new day.
D7#9
Staring up above me, Blue sky before my eyes
Sunshine to guide me, time to try
Em7
Give me some sunshine, Light my way
Give me some sunshine, Make this a brand new day.

A beautiful Song Jim,
Sad, yet beautiful.
Im climbing out of that hole. and i like what i am seeing so far. I also see the true nature of the one i was trying so hard to keep. Once the realization lights up, it really does start getting better.
KEEP THE FAITH.

Nice looking guitar, JJJ ... is this the one you bought?
https://www.rondomusic.com/product10151.html
They clearly were going for the Rickenbacker look, but with a lot smaller price tag. I have to ask: would you consider the Agile a step-up from your Danelectro?
YEP IT IS!! like I said, and joey can give a first hand opinion, but from all I see and see on E bay and reverb, there are A LOT of the dano's for sale.
Looked on youtube and there are no vids of this particular model from Rhondo. So Ill check it out of the box and after set up. doing vids for each.

I showed my new girlfriend what I bought. If you remember she was with me when I just not too long ago bought the Schecter. she says "Don't you have a lot of guitars already? I preceded to send her 6 memes on the topic. LOLOLOL
Her reply was "OK I get it. Guitars Guitars Guitars".
Well that was easy.

Yes, Yes I did it again
https://www.rondomusic.com/product10151.html
I have been looking for a good used electric 12 string for a while. What I find is either junk or way expensive.
So doing the budget minded thing I looked once again at the Danelectro and the Agile. Both comparable in price within 20 bucks.
The Agile:
Vintage P90 pickups for that classic "twang"
Semi-hollow mahogany body and single crescent-shaped opening
22 fret maple set neck with ebony fret-board and graphite nut
By popular request, position markers are located on the side of the neck, not on the fretboard
Jumbo 2.7 mm frets and a 13.7" (350 mm) radius neck for fast play
Tune-O-Matic bridge with 12 individual saddles
Die-cast Grover tuners with 18-1 ratio for ultra fine tuning
Vintage cream colored binding on body, neck, and headstock
Chrome pickguard
One volume control and two tone controls help you find your sound
Stop-bar tailpiece transfers string vibration to the body of the guitar and produces superior sustain
Octave style stringing
Measurements
Overall length, including the strap button: 42"
Scale length: 24 3/4"
Width of the neck at the nut: 1 3/4"
Width of the neck at the 22nd fret: 2 3/16"
Thickness of neck at the first fret: 11/16"
Width of body at the widest point: 13 1/4"
Body thickness at edge: 1 3/4"
Weight: only 9 pounds!
COST $459.95
=========================================
The Danelectro :
Shorthorn shape with f-hole
Scale length: 25″
Number of frets: 21
Fully adjustable 12 string bridge
2 lipstick® pickups
1 master volume
1 master tone
3 way pickup selector
COST $449.00
====================
IDK, SEEMED LIKE A NO BRAINIER TO ME lolol
Just waiting on it to get here.

A peaceful separation?
7/23/19
Scott Sailer
Peace + Separation = A peaceful separation?
Or so it’s said.
Truth be told,
The two are not an easy segregation.
No longer do we drink from the same fountain
Never did we reach the top of that mountain,
All the while we tried to kick the snow away,
As it stuck further and further up our legs.
The weight so heavy none wanted to bare
So now we meet,
Not wanting to care
Just get it done, even if it’s not fair.

The song is great although I don't recognize it, can't help thinking it's in the style of Jefferson Airplane, and that's no bad thing.
LOL never thought of it that way!
BUT....... If you can make a chordiestock or a virtual campfire, you will hear it. lolol It is one of my standards. Written by a friend of mine way back in 84/85 I added 3 chords and have not changed it since
