If you go to top of the acoustic forum you'll see several green stickies. One is for some different strum patterns and the other is a capo conversion chart. Good stuff

Since I just moved and have found that room is a problem I've been thinking about trading my electric and acoustic guitars in and getting one guitar that I can play as an acoustic and wail on as an electric. I was thinking about an f hole something or other. Any suggestions?

There's a CW tune I've heard a few times. I don't know the artist I thought it was Jamey Johnson. It has the lines "I'm stuck in colder weather ... you're a rambling man. Name and chords would be sweet

Hi all, I haven't been on much recently. My wife, who has lukemia, and I have moved from NE PA to her father's place in Barhamsville, VA, which is west of Williamsburg. He dad is 86 and her daughter and son-in-law are here and her son and his family  live about 100 yards away and her sister lives 10 minutes away. So this is a good situation for her. I don't kow if I'll handle the heat very well or find a new church to pastor,or not it's all up to God right now.

River Monsters.  My wife can't stand Jeremy Whatshisname, whom she considers to be pompous.  What the heck, I figure.  It's a fun show to watch.  Along the same lines is Larry Dahlberg's Hunt For Big Fish.  Larry Dahlberg is a driven individual.  It's cool to see these guys go to places I'll never go, doing things I'd love to do, all in the name of catching really big fish.  It's a passion I can grasp.

Hi nano, I bang and scrap and sometimes I'm happy w/ what comes out. Other times I just put it up. I'll listen to a tune over and over and I still can't get it; other times it's like so easy. Best advice just keep pushing along

The bummer is we thought he was straightened out and had even joined the Natioal Guard and had a job. I had expected if it was going to happen it would of been his younger brother w/ the dreadlocks and the heavy metal bang, nothing agoinst heavy metal lover pwer cords.
