daddy cool it looks like you are almost posting in chopro formating if you add just a couple commands (typed lines) your songs will come up like "reflections"with the chords above the words in blue

ark a mans got to have some vices and ice cream is mine,I do love it so i dug out some songs(about a hundred) from a folder that was stashed it the closet that i wrote and recorded on a 4 track reel to reel and "reflections"was one of them i am going to re-arrange and record them again its exciting discovering material from the past and looking at it with eyes of the present a lot of the early songs have no chords but reading over the lyrics i came to the conclusion I discovered a treasure trove of new possibilities thanks  ark im glad you liked the song

Hi Russ,

I have just popped to your website and had a listen. Great song and recording and I have to say that the lyrics reflect a lot of my recent thoughts.

Glad to see you have now got the upper hand with chopro formatting too.

hey daddy cool nice words i appreiciate it your right the song points out conditions as they once were before the modernization that ushered in the demise of a way of life and values that are out of place in this decade of me, me, me, murder glorified in film,tv and music we are in a losing battle for our childrens minds some how we have to turn back the clock but I haven't any solutions the only thing i can do is keep these ideals alive in words and music I admit I pen some nonsence (who dont?) from time to time but now and then a good one slips in and sometimes one good idea is sufficient.

I dont know what either looks like since no one was around to paint there picture and poloroid didn't come for another2000 odd years so all we have to go by is some imagined likenesses from several artist conceptions.I think we all picture good and evil differentll and make our choice who to follow on the belief or disbelief in the words of the represenative of god his son jesus and the time he lived and died as a mortal man all that was left are his teachings and passed on recolections of his actions from generation to generation and recorded in the dead sea scrolls, myself I see only truth in his words

Russell,

It is an internet quiz, possibly someone who advertises on chordie (I don't know for a fact). If anything it serves as a reminder that we all at some point or another have to choose who we are going to serve. We are given a free will and have to choose our master. I know who I serve and he don't look like that.

Bootlegger.

zurf i agree that thinking about the hearafter now and then is fine I dont think it will be something that will be strange to you i believe eternal life(heaven)will be a wonderful awareness of the spirit (holy ghost)that is in all people

Zurf wrote:

I told you!  It's the B chord.  If you let it in, sooner or later 'you know who' shows up.

In all seriousness, though.  It's worth thinking about.  I don't take internet tests just because of the potential for abuse of information, but thinking about the hereafter is worthwhile.
