The like button would be good.

There are two great mobile songbooks that I know.  One is Allsong for IPAD and the other, which I have used for at least ten years is Songbook from Linkesoft.  Both of these work great for keeping all you songs in one place.  They allow you to transfer the songs from your computer. Songbook works on Android and Windows and IPAD

Not knowing the price, I am sure it would be well worth it.

Nobody is putting you off Ped.  Just trying to think.  Welcome to chordae.  I don't know anything about steel guitar, but there are those here who will come to your aid.

Welcome to Chordie.  Tell us about yourself.  How long have you been playing?  Things like that.

It seems to be affecting only very new people to the site.

All the strings for me.  I do it like Russell.

That sounds terrible.  Lets hope the next one goes better.

Glad to meet you Andrew.  I also accompany myself as a strummer mostly.  Play for friends and family a lot.

Well good luck with the back, but like you say, more time for practicing.  There is good in everything, including retirement.

It works using the Chopro language or chordpro as it is known on the web.  It is designed to automatically change a song over to this format.  There are two apps for android and IPAD that also take advantage of the chordpro language.  Google chord pro and it will explain it much better.

I'm trying to make sense of this Judy.  It seems very dark and there is a lot of pain in those short phrasings.

That's the way it works Fire art.  If you tried playing it right now in front of a camera, it wouldn't come out as nice.

Welcome Gus.  I know what you mean by no time for guitar while raising a family.  I did about the same thing.  I didn't really start trying until I retired a few years ago.  I'm 62 and loving it.  I don't know much about Yamahas, so can't help you there buddy.  Stick around and join us.
