Once the pics have been received, "that person" will post that he or she has received them. The next person to respond on the board to that post is next in line.
I believe that is how Topdown has it set up but I could be wrong. smile

Like Momma once said "before you know it" and as usual she was right. smile

It seems like just last month when my mighty Blue Jays  were kicking butt in the MBL AL East, just last month when my floundering Habs were struggling in the NHL playoffs, just last month when the first cut was coming off the fields and I was a good 5'8" taller than a stalk of corn. Oiy!!! I used to be 5'8 1/4" tall lol

Every year it goes by faster and faster. Why is that? Can any please answer that. (or at least give a quasi satisfying answer) Before we know it, it will be cold and miserable with snow on the ground and a cold harsh wind blowing.

At least spring will be here before you know it. big_smile (spring 2011!!! lol)

I agree with Toney on this one. Take a look at any profession and you will find a percentage that goes the way of drugs/alcohol/death. It is not a musicians fate but I do think that when one is learning to play music at a young age they will be influenced by their peers. Drugs and alcohol is a big part of playing and writing and performing so if that is the route they are on then they will have a higher chance of addiction/death whether they make it to the bigs or not.
I don't think it is a character weakness, but more of a predisposition to any kind of addiction.

Just my Opinion. big_smile

Nice work on this piece Stephen. big_smile
You don't need to hear how good your piece is to come up with more like it.

You got the music in you. big_smile

Well Done Sir

Great news Jeff. big_smile

Takes real guts to fess up to an old crime like this. You just don't hear of that too often.
Kudos to the inmate but a bigger Kudos to Greg for sticking to his guns.

I hope the judicial system does him right for his time spent cause that is something that can't ever be made up.

Cheers

Glad to hear that you checked out OK and not checked out Zurf. Being a human pin cushion can't be a lot of fun but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Don't quit looking till you have the answers needed.

Sorry to hear about your room mate.

Positive thoughts heading your way. big_smile

Hi Syd1994. smile

As Cam says...take it one day at a time. I'm sure when you make new friends you'll find that they all felt the same way as you did and had similar difficulties. You definitely aren't alone here. High school will be finished before you know it so enjoy the times cause you'll only see high school once. big_smile

After checking out the Google Map links in Topdowns "Picks Around the World" I thought I would start a thread with places of interest by Chordians around the world.
Unfortunately I tried to post link to individual pages but it won't work so I guess you have to manually type in your destination.
"Cassiar British Columbia, ". This is an asbestos mine stuck in the middle of the mountains in the middle of nowhere...near the Yukon border. I worked here in 1975 for 5 months before they went on strike.
I was learning guitar back then and it sure did come in handy. big_smile On top of the map there is a link to "More" this will give you pics and a wikipedia speil on Cassiar. The work sucked but Man..It was beautiful up there.
"Whitehorse Yukon" I lived here before I worked at Cassiar. I'm just a little fart so I kept a pretty low profile especially in the Yukon bars. lol
"Watson Lake Yukon" Lived here a short spell waiting for the Greyhound bus to take me home. 5 days on the bus...Oiy!!!
It was a cool year. big_smile
If you have a place of interest that you have been to and would like to share then by all means post it up.
Here is the link to Google maps. If any one knows how to set it up so you don't have to type in location please do.

Thanks Nela smile I'm really looking forwards to this. Usually I make the trip way out to the mail box in our Condo Unit once a week.
It's feels kinda good expecting something good for a change in the mail.
Roger...keep your eyes peeled..Yer next, and then it's first come, first served on "Package Received"

Kenny big_smile

I still have no video player at MySpace (don't know why, I'll have to Email them I guess) Ark. Do you have the music up elsewhere?

Condor big_smile

Another well written and well mixed piece from you. smile You definitely have a flair for this, which makes me want to see the NASA vid even more. Is that a Cello I hear in there?
Nice choice of instruments.
